  • Transitioned organization to new Benefits broker; implemented benefit plan design changes to upgrade employee benefits offerings while delivering projected annual cost savings of $4.9MM; implemented ERISA-defined Severance Plan; simplified PTO policy and annual Holiday schedules
  • Redesigned HR organization to align with overall organization structure; included a combination of role eliminations, creation of new roles, and redefinition of accountabilities within existing roles; executed HR restructuring, resulting in $426k savings; monies to be reallocated to fund new HR roles needed
  • Created and implemented job banding and career framework, which was used to establish salary ranges, incentive targets, and career progression paths
